Winner of the CWOSSA Football Championship will represent CWOSSA at the OFSAA Football Festival on Wednesday, November 27th at 2pm in the OFSAA Southern Bowl against SOSSA #2 in Windsor.

Teams that qualify for the CWOSSA play-offs must complete and send all the forms under the Forms link below and a team roster to the Convenor at a minimum of 24 hours prior to their game.  Please send team roster with numbers to the convenor with all other forms.
