First Aid/Athletic Therapy
There will be an Athletic Therapist on-site both days. Please bring your own fully stocked medical kit with ice, tape, bandaids and other supplies. The therapist will not be supplying any medical supplies, just their services and expertise.
The closest hospital is Cambridge Memorial Hospital (700 Coronation Blvd, Cambridge, ON N1R 3G2)
Entry Fee: $400.00
Please interschool transfer if possible or make the cheque payable to Laurel Heights Secondary School and bring it to the field on Wednesday to the coaches meeting at 8:00 a.m. prior to the first game at 9:00 a.m.

NOTE: Please email all forms to the convenor a minimum of 24 hours before the tournament.
Coaches Information
There will be a brief coaches meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23th at the field.
Please have one representative from your school present and bring all required documentation and payment. There will be a brief review of rules and a short dicussion of any rule changes. Note that a vote may be necessary with all teams present.
